Shawn Antonio Patton

    In humble submission to the will of God, we respectfully announce the earthly transition of Mr. Shawn Antonio Patton, of Chipley, Florida, on April 17, 2023.  He was 45 years old and a native of Washington County, Florida. 

    Shawn was blessed to be the son of Patricia Patton and was born on January 9, 1978 in Marianna, Florida.  He was a loveable, joyous, and people person who always had a smile on his face.  He was preceded in death by his wife: LaPrina S. Guster. 

    He leaves to cherish his memories his mother: Eldress Patricia (Dea. Percy) Knox of Chipley, Florida; children: Demetric Claiborne, Umayiah Patton, Deante Patton, Reshawn Patton, Jamarion Curry, all of Chipley, Florida, Ky'Andre Patton, Makaylah Patton, Harmani Hardrick (step-daughter), all of Baltimore, Maryland, and Veronica Hitty of Dothan, Alabama; two grandchildren: Syn'Blessn Peck, and Kahalan Patton; two brothers: Mario Keith and Tendrick Keith, both of Chipley, Florida; sister: Felisha McIntyre of Chipley, Florida; significant other: Valeta Copeland; along with a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
