In humble submission to the will of God, we respectfully announce the earthly transition of Rev. Youngblood Potter on April 16, 2022 in the Bay Medical Center of Panama City, Florida. He was 90 years old and a native of Washington County, Florida.
Rev. Potter was blessed with the breath of life on November 11, 1931 to the parentage of Garfield Allen Potter and Ila Green Potter in Vernon, Florida. Being reared in a Christian home, he accepted Christ as his personal Savior and was reared in the New Bethel A.M.E Church of Vernon, Florida.
He leaves to cherish his memories a beloved wife: Lady Annie Young Potter of Navarre, Florida; three daughters: Wanda (Gary) Bean of Fredericksburg, Virginia, Patricia Green of Navarre, Florida, and Angelina (Lamar) Williams of Atlanta, Georgia; three sons: David Potter of Hornlake, Mississippi, Guy Anthony Potter of Navarre, Florida, and Larry Potter of Atlanta, Georgia; a large host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren; two sisters: Louella Bishop of Birmingham, Alabama, and Olivia Travitt of New Jersey; brother: Rayfield Potter of Wichita Fall, Texas; along with a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
