Pastor Marsha Nell (Jackson) Gonzalez

    In humble submission to the will of God, we respectfully announce the earthly transition of Pastor Marsha Nell Gonzalez, of Chipley, Florida, on June 24, 2023 in the comfort of her home.  She was a 69 years old and a lifelong native of Washington County, Florida.  

    Pastor Gonzalez was blessed with the breath of life on September 23, 1953 to the parentage of Alford Thomas and Margaret Jackson in Washington County, Florida.  

    She leaves to cherish her memories her husband: Ernesto Gonzalez, Sr. of Chipley, Florida; children:  Christopher V. (Holley) Jackson of Vernon, Florida, Tiffany Gonzalez, and Sherina Gonzalez. both of Tallahassee, Florida, Travis Gonzalez, and Ernesto Gonzalez, Jr., both of Chipley, Florida, Lavance (Brittney) Gonzalez of Chipley, Florida, and Quenton (Jessica) Gonzalez of Marianna, Florida; grandchildren: Jeremy Jackson, Whitney Robinson, Kyndal Jackson, Marissa Jackson, Cody Jackson, Zacchaeus White, Ava Gonzalez, Markis Gonzalez, Alenah Gonzalez, and Bryson Gonzalez; three great-grands: Jayda Campbell, Jaycee Campbell, and Bryson Williams; sister: Mae Helen Carswell of Chipley, Florida; god-sister: Marcella Douglas of Chipley, Florida; aunts: Earnestine Tanner of Indiana, and Frances Collins of Chipley, Florida; uncles: Leonard Jackson, Alvin Jackson , and Melvin (Bobby) Jackson, all of Chipley, Florida and Donald (Marilyn) Jackson of Ocala, Florida; mother-in-law: Eula Broxton of Caryville, Florida; beloved sister & brothers-in-law: Tammy Broxton, Steve Broxton, both of Caryville, Florida; niece-in-law: Raqayya Hogans of Montgomery, Alabama: along with a host of cousins, and friends.
