In humble submission to the will of God, we respectfully announce the earthly transition of Mr. Effie Lee Pharham, of Panama City, Florida. He was 57 years old and a native of Wewahitchka, Florida.
A Time to Be Born . . .
Effie Lee Pharham was born in Wewahitchka Florida on Wednesday, September 16, 1964 to Mrs. Evelyn Pharham and the late Samuel Pharham Sr.
A Time to Plant . . .
Effie Lee loved and enjoyed his family, which was evident of them always being around him. He was a very loving and caring young man who would give you the clothes of his back is he saw you in need and would give you his last dollar if he knew it would and could make a difference. Effie Lee was an awesome father to his one and only daughter, Angela, who was born on his birthday. Each year they would celebrate together showing the love and closeness of their father/daughter bond.
A Time to Die . . .
Effie Lee answered the call home to be with the Lord on Thursday, September 15, 2022 exactly one day before his 58th birthday. Preceding him in death: his great Grandmother Emma Lee Dick, Grandmother Mary Wilson, Aunt Ruth McCloud; Uncles: Cleavon McCloud, Charles Arthur Dean, Robert Lee Wilson and Franklin (Ralph) Wilson.
A Time to Weep . . .
Effie Lee leaves to cherish his many wonderful memories yet mourn his transition one child Angela Washington, his mother Evelyn Tharp (Anthony), three sisters: Sharron (John) Steele of Headland AL, Debra (John) Frazier and Mattie (Charles) Ellis of Panama City FL; two brothers: Samuel Pharham Jr and Ray Anthony Pharham both of Panama City FL. He also leaves three grandchildren: Antonio Washington, Aryiah Horne, and Ta’Savion Washington; one uncle, Johnell Wilson; aunts: Johnnie K. (Emmerson) Addison of Wewahitchka FL, Delois (Jerry) Fisher, Carol (Frederick) Croon, and Barbara (Jimmy) Horne of Panama City, FL.
Effie Lee also leaves special nephews and nieces who were very close to him, they are: Corintheus Ash, Charles Kevin Dawson Jr., Keeth Ash, Raheem Ash, Tyquez Ash, Shana Glenn, Angel Dawson, Whitney Dawson, So’Coria Ash, Hannah Ash, LeShanda Pharham and Tiarra Jackson.
A Time to Heal . . .
We all will miss your presence, your voice, your laughter, your warm smile and tender hugs. Nevertheless, it gives us such comfort and peace knowing that you are at rest and are no longer suffering. We love and miss you, but we give thanks to God for the precious moments and time we were privileged to spend with you. You will always live in our hearts.
