Courtney Javon Jackson

    In humble submission to the will of God, we respectfully announce the earthly transition of Mr. Courtney Javon Jackson, of Chipley, Florida, on June 28, 2023 in the comfort of his home.  He was 40 years old and life long native of Washington County, Florida.

     Courtney entered into this world on June 29, 1982 in Vernon, Florida. He was blessed to be the baby boy of Glenda Jackson.  He was educated in public school system of Washington County, Florida. 

    Many people will remember his as a tranquil and pleasant man, that was a friend to many.  Everyone that encountered Courtney Jackson had a wonderful interaction with him.  He was always on the go working and doing things for his children.  He was truly loved by his children and family.  In addition to his caring for children, Courtney like to help other, and watch sports.   He liked to talk to people about things he was interested in.  He liked being in the presence of his family and was an enjoyable person to be aroun.

    He was preceded in death by his mother, Glenda Jackson; his grandparents: Hardie, Sr. & Geraldine Jackson; one aunt and two uncles. 

    He leaves to cherish his memories his children: Jacouri Jackson and Jamia Jackson; a beloved uncle: Hurtis T. Jackson, Sr.; along with a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.
