Bobby Earl Carswell was born on March 10, 1957 to the late Howard, Sr. and Sylvia Carswell in Chipley, Florida. He slipped away and on February 11, 2018 was found to have went home to be with the Lord.
Being raised in a Christian home he accepted Christ as his personal Savior and was a member of the Mt. Calvary True Holiness Church of Wausau, Florida under the leadership of Bishop Richard Jenkins, Jr. Bobby was employed with Sikes Tire Company of Panama City, Florida and enjoyed fishing and doing mechanic work when he had free time. One of the happiest moments of his life was when he met and married Brenda Joyce Smith. Although he is no longer with us, his memories will linger in our hearts forever. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife: Brenda Carswell; sister: Jacklyn Carswell; brother: Howard Carswell, Jr.; and a sister-in-law: Sandra Carswell.
Bobby leaves to cherish his memories his children: Derrick Carswell and Tiffany Carswell; granddaughter: Tyannah Wilkerson, all of Panama City, Florida; sisters: Gladys Wagner, Mazie (Beno) Giles and Cora (Roger) Brown; brothers: Johnnie (Evon) Carswell, Calvin (Sandra) Carswell, all of Chipley, Florida and Lewis (Michele) Carswell of Panama City, Florida; mother-in-law: Catherine Smith; father-in-law: John (Alice) Smith; along with a host of sisters & brothers-in-law, nieces nephews, cousins, other relatives & friends.
